Corrections

We review the relevant sources and context before deciding whether a correction is needed. We identify material factual corrections in the affected story, and distinguish corrections from updates that add new information and from disagreements about analysis or opinion. No fixed response time is promised. A request does not automatically require removal of accurate reporting.
